Full-length Paper/Extended Abstract
Authors with an accepted abstract have two options for submitting their work to be presented on the event: full-length papers or extended abstracts. This novelty aims to engage a broader audience to the event. Only full-length paper will be scheduled for presentation and publishing in the congress proceedings (ISSN 26756269). Participants who choose to submit an extended abstract instead of a full paper should note that the abstract will not be published in the conference proceedings. However, they will receive a certificate of presentation for their work at the event.
CILAMCE 2024 WILL HOLD NO PRESENTATIONS OF ABSTRACTS WITHOUT A CORRESPONDING ACCEPTED FULL-LENGTH PAPER OR EXTENDED ABSTRACT.
FULL-LENGTH PAPER AND EXTENDED ABSTRACT SUBMISSION WILL BE OPEN MAY 28 TO JULY 12 POSTPONED AUGUST 9, 2024. All full-length papers and extended abstracts will be peer-reviewed under the responsibility of the mini-symposia coordinators and the congress´ Scientific Committee.

Also note the following rules, valid for both full-length papers and extended abstracts:
• The work must be submitted as a PDF file. After the preparation of your work using one of the templates provided, you should generate a PDF file for submission.
• Works must be submitted in ENGLISH. The presentation material (slides) must also be in English. While oral presentations are strongly encouraged to be conducted in English, it is not mandatory.
• CILAMCE 2024 follows a one-registration, one-presentation policy. This means that the presenting author of a paper must necessarily pay his registration fee. Also, if a participant is the presenting author of more than one paper, he/she must pay the additional paper fee. The fee for the additional paper is USD100 and is limited to only one paper per author.
