Proof of enrollment for graduate and undergraduate students: For registration in the either graduate or undergraduate student categories, a current supporting document must be attached at the time of registration (proof of enrollment or declaration of the educational institution). After validation of the category by the Organizing Committee, the registration process will be finalized. We ask for special attention to deadlines and registration fee tables, as validation of receipts requires at least one business day.

Refund Policy: As per previous editions of CILAMCE, there is no refund policy.

Conference Banquet: Delegate and graduate student registration fees include a ticket to the conference banquet. Undergraduate student fees do not include ticket to the banquet. Undergraduate students and participant companions who wish to participate in the conference banquet may order a ticket separately for USD 50,00 at the registration desk (in these cases, please do not leave for the last minute, as the tickets may sell out soon). Children up to 12 years old are free.

Badge and certificate: When completing your registration at the website, please do so with great attention, as the participant is responsible for the data provided and it is from these data that the material (badge and certificate) will be issued. Errors in the material are the responsibility of the participant.

Deadlines of registration fees: Please pay special attention to the deadlines of the registration fees. The deadlines presented refer to the completion of the entire registration process, which includes: filling in the registration form, validation of supporting documents (when required– e.g. proof of enrollment for graduate and undergraduate students) and payment.
